Should you require access to your data, you may be able to purchase your server from TelecityRedbus and transfer to their Colocation service. * The edge distribution switch which provides connectivity to each cabinet developed a fault late on Friday afternoon. Due to restrictions of access imposed on us by TelecityRedbus, we have been unable to diagnose and repair the switch. All network and power services are still operating as per normal and have not been suspended by either TelecityRedbus or Rokscom Internet. It is our understanding that all services would be active until at least the 31st December 2006. An email was to be sent out on Friday 22nd December 2006 advising of this upon notification from suppliers; however after the network outage this was impossible to fulfull.
